Success in the sporting arena is taking on a whole new shape. Mental coaching\fitness is becoming more and more important. It has been around for a long time in the professional arena, but hugely neglected in schools and other amateur institutions.

It is only recently that coaches started to realise that:

  • As high as 90% of success as an athlete can be contributed to mental toughness.
  • Adequate time needs to be scheduled for mental exercises.
  • Mental fitness is as important as the physical, technical and tactical aspects of sport.
  • You cannot lose the skills learnt and fitness gained in a day or two, but you can lose your composure in a split second during competition.

I will assist with:

  • Identifying problem areas as well as the source of these challenges in your athletes
  • Group sessions to enlighten your teams as to the benefits of mental fitness
  • Individual sessions to destroy negative beliefs
  • Teach your athletes success techniques to improve performance

The techniques transferred to the athletes will benefit them not only in their sport, but also in everyday life (career, personal life, etc).
